The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with literally. I had 2 packages recently to be delivered and every day the notifications say it’s ‘on vehicle to be delivered’, after 2 hours it says ohh its heavy we cannot deliver!? Like how and why? Why do you call yourself a delivery company then? The items that they can’t deliver are a stroller and a baby dresser with 4 drawers. I’m sorry but it’s ridiculous. I have arranged for pickups. Thanks for nothing Purolator!———— update guys; all the purolator drivers are here to deliver my baby’s stroller 🤣

No delivery attempt made though the tracking # says recipient not available. I was home all day, no attempt at delivery was made, no delivery sticker left - now the package is in limbo as I asked it be held for pick up and the reply was it will be ready "in a few days or so". How is this one of the largest delivery companies and so unreliable?

One of the worst courier service providers I've had to deal with. I would have given them 0 stars if it was possible. The delivery driver claims that they 'attempted to deliver my package'. I have been at home for the past week because I'm working/attending school from home and never received a call from them or heard the buzzer go off. They didn't leave a slip either to indicate that they tried to deliver the package. And now they want me to pick it up from their ship center. This is not the first time this has happened either. If I wanted to drive to your ship center and pick it up from their, I could have just driven to the store and purchased the product from there as well. Why pay for your ridiculous service?

This place serves its function, sending out parcels. There's waybills available at the front and purolator shipping bags which is nice. It can be hit and miss on whether there is a line-up and whether staff is helpful as well. The last item I sent was going about 2.5 hours away. I was told 2 days for it to get there, it took 5. I feel that kind of defeats the purpose of courier-ing to be speedy...

Hi everyone, the drivers don’t care value of the packages for them its just a pack , it could be a valuable document . I am waiting for my package in my house two days, but no one attempted for deliver and they put in the system attempted for delivery receivers unavailable same day I got 3 packages from telecom express. That was my passport and I want to travel for an emergency still no idea. We paid for delivery and now we need to track them where can I pick up my package. They don’t have any responsibility and I would strongly recommend please no one use this purolator courier service. Irresponsible driver’s . Worst service ever.
