They came to deliver my goods but did not meet me at home. I was expecting a second visit like some other mail delivery agency but what I saw at my door was a note saying I should come the following day to pick it up in their office. This place won't be my 1st choice for postage. Their customer service is fair.

It’s beyond me why any businesses would intentionally use Purolator for shipping their products. I buy lots of stuff online and never have an issue when its sent through Canada Post or any other shipping company. Every time I’ve had an immensely frustrating experience with shipping it’s been with Purolator. I’ll have to be more diligent in the future ensure online retailers I shop with use any other shipping companies.

I always find myself driving to pickup packages that were supposed to be delivered, instead pickup notes get delivered to my door. This defeats the core purpose for paying for shipping and delivery, time consuming and frustrating. No other delivery company presents this problem. I genuinely don't want anything to be shipped to me through Purolator, if Purolator can decline accepting shipping to my address that would be great. Thank You!

Was waiting for my package to arrive today, checked tracking updates and found a “delivery attempt - person not home” tag when I was actually at home. No knock, no doorbell. I work from home and haven’t even stepped out or was unavailable. Now I have to pick it up an hour commute away from my house which kind of defeats the purpose of paying to get stuff delivered. Reading all the other reviews, it seems I’ll have to put a note on every online order I make to not send any package via Purolator. Maybe I should set up a camera so I can show people what Purolator delivery guys do and put it out in social media so people can see the kind of “delivery” they do.

I’ve used the services of Purolator at this location a number of times. They are very helpful, always advise me the best most cost effective way to ship my parcel and the staff is very friendly. Very pleased with this courier.
