I have been going to Purolator for Amazon returns since the post office was no longer an option. It is very inconvenient as it's across town. I have always requested a receipt for my drop-off items. This was not an issue until recently. The last time I was there, the girl indicated they no longer print receipts. I insisted on getting one. She reluctantly printed it. Tonight, it was the same thing. I am well aware there is a tracking #. Please do not insult me with the process. However, there are always human errors and issues with technology. I want a record that my items were dropped with date and time. The lady was very rude. I was not upset. I just explained that I insisted on the receipt. I had a bad experience with that location before. I returned a broken lamp, and it took 3 weeks before I got my refund with Amazon. I am not going through that again. When the post office scanned the items, I had the refund in a matter of days. The customer service at Pinebush is lacking. How much time does it really take to print a receipt? Are we worried about the paper and ink? If the customer wants a receipt, then we should get one hassle free without the attitude and judgment. The girl that was there last time was there again today and was very rude and spoke up to indicate I gave her a hard time last time. I think perhaps it was the other way around. Asking for a receipt is not earth-shattering. Sorry that I spoke up when I didn't agree with your policy. So perhaps just look after the customer and do your job with a smile.

I would have loved to give 0 stars but until Google ratings start utilizing a negative range, this is what I will settle for. Terrible on all fronts. The logistics of calling, the scheduling of pick up, the delivery driver " attempts" ( meanwhile, atleast 3/7 homes have a front door camera of some sort.) . but sure, lets pretend you "Tried". I am suspicious of companies that hold contracts with them still. I suspect they offer cheap cheap child labour type of rates to companies so they carry some business. Evidently, it shows. From the archaic "drop off" facility to the lack of basic reading of labels. Avoid this brand all together. Its 2022, to have this many bad reviews for a delivery is quite pathetic.

Like the other reviewers mentioned. The older lady with glasses is racist. Disrespectful to non white people. I will be reporting this employee to Purolator HQ. Not sure if it will make a difference. But have to report this racist employee. Probably no sensitivity training will be given to this employee as I can see many others have already reported this lady as racist many times in these reviews and purolator has not taken any action.

Very bad experience. I bought a new phone from workplace and purolator has to delivered it to my home address on Oct27,2022 today.There are no messages of any updates or delivery status, and today morning i got the message that your package is at warehouse and you have to pick it up by yourself because they came to door and nobody opened it. My girlfriend was actually at home and she was about to open the door and those guys left without notice. Worst company i have ever seen.

Lady at counter with glasses was very racist and rude, rejected my drop-off package very rudely without listening to any clarification and reasoning whatsoever. Highly disappointed from this.
