I was home all day waiting for this delivery. I had my email open for notifications, the mobile app open for notifications, and signed up for text messages notifications. I also refreshed the tracking status about every 20 minutes. I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION ABOUT A DELIVERY ATTEMPT! I literally waited from 8am until noticing an āattempted deliveryā at 3 in the afternoon that I supposedly missed by ten minutes despite being home the whole day. The driver should be fired and replaced by someone who actually knocks on the door or calls the customer. Terrible service even Walmart employees are more helpful. Now I have to hire a cab to drive all the way to the pick up facility since I donāt own a vehicle. Thanks Puralator...
