Avoid shipping with Purolator at all costs. I understand shipping delays but when there is no update on your tracking number in 4 days and customer service can't tell you when your package will be delivered thats just bad service. They know exactly where my package is but wont let me go pick it up. They aren't the only ones running a business, ruining client relationships when their service cant deliver on time. Paying the extra money is 100% worth it UPS is a very close in price and sometimes even cheaper with way better service.
