This was such a pleasant experience at this location! The two ladies who worked there were welcoming, accommodating and fast. I did not have the printout of the tag to affix on my package. The lady at the front offered me to send the tag by email to their Inbox which was conveniently written nearby. Upon receiving my tag, they printed it and sent my package immediately. The package was received a few days later as expected. Parking is free and the hours of operations include availability at lunch time.

Sent my parcel back after i called in and stated i would be in the next day to get cant follow simple instructions. I dont ever want too nor will i ever desl with them

stay up all day to make sure i dont miss ( work night ) the deliver dont event take the time to knock or ring have to waite now even more and they make me waite more then 40 min on the phone real pro

I was waiting for a parcel that needed to be signed for. The driver did not ring the bell. He left the notice on my door to pick up. I was home so I know. I have now been on hold with Purolator for 41 minutes. Am on the phone with them now and the lady is being very helpful.
