Driver came barreling out of the parking lot without looking in the large truck and barely missed a kid walking down the sidewalk. Not sure how their customer service is but that driver should be fired. Spoke to someone who worked in the plaza and they said most of the drivers are like that, just as bad in their personal vehicles when they leave for the day too. Hope they hold their drivers accountable and deter this type of behavior. I feel awful for anyone who lives in the neighbourhood

I love missing my packages as I wait for them all day and the driver doesn't even knock. I have a loud guard dog who would have barked the second they knocked. So now my wife and I are out wages over the weekend because the driver. Horrible customer service, bad drivers. Ship with someone else. EDIT: AND the Manger of the call center was so rude and disrespectful. I have autism and he sent me into a spiral. Nice job 👏 👍 👌 . I won't contact you again since you didn't reply to me like you said you would.

5 orders shipped by Purolator last year. Every. Single. Time. They say my address is undeliverable and I need to call them. I have done so several times. There's notes on my file. My address isn't even anything out of the ordinary. No other company has ever had an issue. Results in packages being delayed every single time. Despite paying extra for express. And I've had to go pick it up at Purolator twice now.

No issues with customer service but i still wouldn't trust shipping through them. Bad experience. in the past.

I have been shipping and receiving parcels from Purolator for years no problems , have used others, but like to mention Purolator location on Lacroix St in chatham kent they have the most amazing and sincere customer service and assistance help one can ever imagine. Very friendly and its not a show they are all genuine kind helpful to get your packaged back to shippers or ship your own parcels out ASAP cant ask for more great people will make your day. Sjp
