We had the unfortunate experience of using Purolator through the Gooroship service platform to make a shipment to our client. Since we always validated that our customer's address was correct before requesting service, we obtained the label and took the box to the Purolator office in Burlington ON. Upon receiving the box, the employee mentioned "that address is incorrect, I know that area" to which we replied that the address had been validated and in our opinion it was ok. She made an exclamation of dissatisfaction and took the box. After several weeks we received an additional charge (original 10.69 + additional 16.95) for a change of address claiming that it was another city and another zip code, which was not true. We called the client and confirmed with him his address and if he received the box, which confirmed that he received it at the door of his house. Despite the fact that we made repeated claims to Goorooship for the refund of the additional charge, it was not possible since they allege that Purolator denies the claim. In addition to this, among family and friends that we have talked to, we have concluded that they always have delays and excuses in Purolator deliveries. We will never use Purolator nor Goorooship again and will let everyone know about their service quality so that they can consider it before using them.
