The lady clerk behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. She saved my time and I really appreciate it. I just had to drop my package with the barcode on a loose paper and she took care of the rest. Literally it took me 5 seconds to drop off my package and go.

Had to drop off a package and, although I was the only person the store, the lady working was short and not very friendly. I had an Amazon return and she just quickly told me to drop it there. When I asked for a receipt in case there was a problem, she told me not to worry about it and I don't need a receipt. Let's hope I don't have any issues with the return.

Purolator's delivery performance/speed has been very poor since some years. This is evident from its reviews. I sent two packages 30 km away on Monday morning. It is Thursday night and they are still not delivered. This Christmas I ordered a phone from Fido. It took 2 weeks and I had to go to Purolator office twice to pick it up as delivery guy never showed up at my door.

Home all day. Tracking said inaccessible delivery?! How is that possible? Do the delivery people not understand how to walk up to a door and leave the package? Tried to call and no number, was on the phone for 2 hours waiting for somebody to pick up at their call center. Package is urgent been waiting AT HOME. I can't figure out where it is since there's no way to contact anybody. How is purolator still I'm business? Use DHL!

Dropped 3 Amazon returns off last week. Girl told me to just put them on the conveyor and I could leave. I’m concerned that she didn’t scan them for return, as I’m seeing no movement through my Amazon account. Going to have to go in there and rectify this now. Waste of my time.
