They are listed online as a facility that will do Amazon QR code/package free returns. I returned the items in the boxes they were received in and had all 4 sides of the box folded up even. Honestly, I figured they'd tape them up when they printed the label (so it's not like I handed them a bare item.) I even made it super easy for them because I printed each QR code and attached it to each box so that it would be less confusing between the 3 QR code packages I had. However, the associate who helped me lectured me on the fact "it's the customers responsibility to tape everything up secure". I tried to explain to him that the website says they will do the Amazon package free/QR code returns but he wasn't hearing it and grumbled along as he assisted me. Why offer a service if you're going to begrudge people who implement it?! Won't be coming back here. Not worth the hassle! :(
