I honestly don't even know where to begin with this one. As most people have experienced, there was absolutely NO attempted delivery to my address. I was home when the driver apparently attempted the delivery, but was not buzzed, called, nor did I even receive a knock at the door. Because there wasn't even a paper or notice left behind to say delivery had been attempted, I had to go online to find out they were holding my package at their facility. This was a corporate package so I asked our driver to pick it up. He brought my ID, consent form AND the document from the shipper with the tracking number. The woman at the counter refused to give him the package unless he could provide proof we lived together. That seemed odd but I had her clarify twice that's what she meant. Finally he had to come pick me up in the middle of the work day to get the package. When I arrived with my ID and tracking number TO MY ADDRESS the woman still refused to give me the package saying I needed to bring a bill with my current address. It doesn't say this anywhere on the site. She said the shipper demanded it but I am in direct contact with him, and he said that was unnecessary and unrequited, he didn't ask for it. Thank goodness I had a pay stub on me addressed to me, otherwise they would have "attempted" delivery again on Monday. The situation is resolved now, I have my package and I know it's not one person's fault in particular, but I would avoid using Purolator at all if I could. It was a terrible experience overall.

The worst experience ever. Firstly, the drivers hardly ever attempt to deliver to residential addresses, especially near the downtown core. The service is horrible at the pickup counter. The manager A.L. should take a course in customer service. Your company doesn't deliver and then you make it more complicated to pick up. There are no excuses. How are they still in business?

The most draining experience Iā€™ve ever had from any organization. Driver claims that they attempted delivery but was ā€œunable to leave notice due to location.ā€ Even though I have a mail box. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø Attempted to pick up package by foot after work hour. The only path available required me to walk under an overpass on a heavy traffic road. Huge safety issue. So I had to ask for redelivery. Each customer service agent said that it would go out the next day. One week later, package goes out. Delivery is ā€œmissedā€ again with no notice left. Asked for redelivery or redirect to closest service station. My request is ignored and the parcel goes right back to the location that is unaccessible on foot after work hours. This is absolutely unacceptableā€¦.

Ordered something, apparently missed the delivery even though I got 0 phone calls that day and my buzzer goes straight to my phone, they didn't leave a slip, they come the next day when I'm at work, no slip, I go online to figure out how to just pick it up, chat with a robot for a while to make that happen, i think it's sorted for me to pick up the next day, I get an email two hours later saying I need to contact them to resolve something, I wait on hold for all of my lunch break, I don't get through so I chat with an agent, she does not understand why I'm talking to her and tells me to disregard the email, i get an email telling me it's at a completely different pick up location than the one I requested. So tomorrow I get to bus 50 minutes into the suburbs (definitely not the closest pick up location!) to pick this thing up. Figure it out.

Why wonā€™t you do your job. Please for the sake of Canadians, close shop. Just stop. You canā€™t run a delivery company. You clearly canā€™t be bothered about the end user. I am never going back there to pickup a package you never attempted to deliver and certainly will avoid any company doing business with you.
