I wonder why their rating was so low but now I know. The delivery guy left notice yesterday and said it would be available to pick up today after 1pm. It turned out the guy went back to deliver the package again today. I wasn’t home and missed delivery again but was able to pick it up today later. Called the store they said they didn’t know what happened… the package is not in store so I have to wait and don’t know if should trust their notice anymore

I'm not a fan of picking up my parcels. If the delivery guys actually rang a doorbell or knocked on a door I'd appreciate it more. Then having to call for a redelivery or taking a trip to pick up my parcel. Do ur actual job and make the customer happy. I was home yesterday, and today I am driving to pick up my package 🙄 Ugh!

Mechanical delay followed by lazy delivery attempt the following day. Terrible service no phone call no text no email even after signing up. Was home at time of attempt. Have driver on video putting in basically 0 effort. Very poor service every time I have had to deal with Purolator. No notice card left driver needs a new job. I do this for work and would never put in this unacceptable amount of effort.

Customer service is excellent but not happy with the attempts they made in the delivery and reason they mentioned. My address was correct but they couldn’t connect with me on the day of delivery as I was away from home and I couldn’t pick up the call. Instead of reattempting the next business day, they gave the reason the address was incorrect and asked me to collect the package. I had to drive to their location and pick it up. However, the customer service was really good so giving 4 stars but their reasoning for not delivering to the address was not justified.

Wish we could give 0 stars. For many years now we've been having issues getting packages delivered by Purolator. My employer once sent me an expedited presentation package for clients--it was a wheeled case about 40lbs or so. Purolator didn't knock or ring the bell just stuck a sticker on my door saying they missed me--even though I was waiting at home to receive the products. I ran out to flag the guy down and he just drove off without a care. Just lazy driver who didn't want to unload the case out of the truck. I dread when Amazon or family use Purolator instead of another courier. Every single time I get an electronic notice that delivery attempt failed--while I work from home everyday and can answer the door immediately. When we moved to a condo the Purolator staff claim they couldn't get into the building even after Amazon passing along phone number and Buzzer codes. I even talked to Staff and gave them two phone numbers and buzzer code. Next day same issue, electronic notice says delivery attempt failed, but nobody had attempted anything. This goes on for days. The staff make excuses that the drivers can't get into the building...So why can't they read their instruction sheet, or failing that look up the last name on the call box and press the button that calls me? Every other courier can figure out this simple step to get into a building except Purolator. Lately they don't even try to deliver, they just move it to another pickup location and send a notice to amazon that Delivery Attempted / Resident not Available for delivery. Which is BS because on Purolators own site it shows they just jockied it around their facilities. Such horrible service.
