I think a lot of the negative reviews are about the delivery service itself and not the actual location… I came in to pick up a large painting that I had delivered. The lady at the front was super helpful and kind. She even helped me carry my package to my car and was helpful with getting it to fit in my trunk! I wish I grabbed her name because she was very lovely to deal with!

I have been so aggravated by getting parcels delivered through Purolator. I am at the location the entire day that they say they will deliver and then i get a text saying i need to drive 30 minutes (each way) to go pick up my parcel! I call the staff at the outlet and am told it will be redelivered and then it happens again! This has happened several times so i am finally leaving a review as the sole purpose of a delivery company is to deliver is it not? I am running a business and cannot leave it to go pick things up or i would have done that in the first place.

The pickup/drop off location is amazing. The ladies that work there are always friendly with quick service. I do Amazon returns there and they’re way better than Canada Post.

WOW. What unbelievably horrible service. I was expecting a delivery that was already 3 days late. It was scheduled to arrive TODAY and a Purolator delivery guy came and buzzed in to ask if I am home, to which I responded YES, PLEASE COME TO MY FLOOR. 5 minutes pass by, no delivery. Checked on delivery status online and it says RECEIVER NOT HOME. WHAT!!!!!!!!!! I AM HOME!!!!!!! There was not even a notice left for me to tell me how to get my package. NONE!!!! Avoid Purolator at all costs. Seriously. They have to get their act together.

Horrible service, did an Amazon order that should have been here the next day. It's now 12 days later, 2 business days away from Christmas and I still do not have my package. When calling to ask why my package has been delayed they keep saying weather... I'm looking out my window and the sun is shining... if you can't handle the volume of business offered to you, don't except it. People are counting on you for on time deliveries.
