Unbelievably bad and just like its parent, Canada Post, does not deliver deliver as promised. Parcel moved fast at first until the "mechanical delay" got it caught up for days, going nowhere. No communication online of what was going on, despite my requests for updates. No phone customer service. Will never use again. Now, 5 days later there is yet another mechanical delay! The parcel gets onto the delivery truck and then each time there is an unexplained mechanical delay. This is absolutely hopeless service. The sender went to extremes to get this package to me and Purolator has dragged its heel the entire way. Totally unacceptable.
