Staff barely speaks English at call center. Slow in getting corrections completed apparently takes 48 hrs to update address in computer. Drop location continually fouls up delivery sometimes sending my parcels to next town even though postal address is correct or just handing back after delivery to driver as an unclaimed parcel. Never calls or alerts to packages waiting to be picked up. Never have had an positive experience with Purolator and get no positive changes after letting call center know, no wonder UPS and FED EX are gaining ground in Canada even Canada Post is looking better. AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS
