very friendly. very prompt when picking up from there facility, but it seems like they didn't want to deliver an 88lb parcel. It would have been 3 days past posted delivery expectation.

What a joke!!!! Waited 2 days at home for delivery from Kentville (25 minutes away) and both days it hasnāt made it because weather conditions. T-shirt and shorts weather almost. Most unreliable delivery service!

I have had a delivery from you before and I explained that that although my address is for different units in the same building, I requested the delivery to be at a white entrance, not at the Yellow one, and it's been twice already that they go to the same Yellow door even though I next door. I have called and called and noone answers and I am getting a call to let me know about my package. How do I suppose to get my package, can it just be dropped off at homehardware? Please

Delayed my shipment due to weather that was not actually bad weather. My package is about a two hour drive away however, I now have to wait three extra days to receive my package AND I don't get a refund of any sort of it happens to arrive three days late, only on the fourth day late will I qualify for any refund .... Kind of messed up systems we have, glad I was not relying on this package for medication or something life saving because an express shipment means nothing here

My 3 parcels have been sitting In Kentville since Monday itās now Wednesday and their excuses were pretty stupid bad weather pretty funny temp was in the plus side nothing was canceled in the valley even the school buses were picking up kids. I only live 30 minutes from Kentville I could have picked it up myself. I guess their only reliable in the summer.guess I have to use someone that delivers on time and not make excuses hope the parcels donāt get wet it will cost them a pretty penny.

I noticed my package had arrived at the Kentville location, but was going to be delayed due to a late departure out of Hamilton (weather - no one's fault) and having missed the truck to go out for delivery for that day. I went to the location to inquire if I could have the package and the staff was incredibly helpful, sifting through the packages to find mine so I could have it. They easily could have told me it wasn't ready, but they went out of their way to help. Great customer service. Much appreciated!

Not Satisfied with my recent experience. I ordered a 2500$ PC from a place that is 40mins away. Trying to limit my contacts with people I decide to get my package shipped. I was told on the morning of the 29th that my package was shipped with tracking information. I half expected to wait 2 days for my package anyway. After not being able to track my package on the website I decide to get in touch with customer support. They told me my item is in transit and will not be delivered until the 4th of the following month. It is now the 31st and Purolator will be closed for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. So, being concerned for the proper storage of my $2500 Computer over 3 days. (incase you didn't know, a computer should not be sitting in a Purolator truck for 3 days in January. Moisture can severely damage a computer.) I inquired about the storage of my order to which I was told that "it could be on a truck or in the warehouse." My customer support agent didn't care to know, try to find out, or even express empathy for my concern after I basically spelt it out. I then asked a hypothetical question along the lines of "If my computer is damaged due to improper storage, am I covered." To which I was told to ask the shipper. I find that response absolutely RIDICULOUS given that the context of my concern is with how Purolator is storing my 2500$ computer. I didn't mind waiting from Dec. 29 to Jan. 4th for my computer to show up. However, my concerns for the well being of my expensive product has actually heightened as I was told my computer could be sitting on a truck outside. All while deliveries are on pause for 3 days. AND I MAY NOT BE COVERED. I really would have drove the 40 mins to get my product directly from the sender if I had of known it could be in danger with Purolator. I encourage whoever has access to my chat logs with my support agent, to read them.

I'll be honest! I was skeptical because of the ratings. I even called up about how I was worried if there will be a delay or issue on my shipment. They reassured me and It came an hour or so right after the call! Great service guys!

Said it was in kentville at 859am this morning and arriving by 9 tonight. Now it got delayed till Thursday. Its monday now. ITS A 8 MIN DRIVE AWAY. so 3 more days to travel 8mins. Wow

Worst service ever. Don't recommend this company. I am telling anyone I order from to not use Purolator. Service is so so bad. In 3 months they have messed up my orders 5 times. This last time the excuse is the roads are too icy when we know they aren't that bad as we had to be out on them. Now they want me to pick up my own parcel instead of to my door delivery. Not right.

I have never received a shipment on time from Purolator. Have recently had major delays due to weather. But roads have been cleared and free of snow for days. Online it continues to say delay due to weather, yet my package is less then 30 mins away. Update: I was then told today that even though it shows that it is in transit to my address, that it wasnāt delivered for reasons unknown. After waiting on hold for 45 mins I was essentially told that no one actually knows why and Iād have to wait 24-48 hours for management to call. Iām not sure yet. But Iām really hoping my package arrives before they call. Update: So I received my package 24 hours after this review. Turns out purolator didnāt end up calling me, even though I was told I would get a call from management within 48 hours. Which I would have liked to receive regardless of my package being delivered. Iāve noticed they took the time to reply to this post by copying and pasting a generic apology. While also promoting their Twitter and other social media profiles. All other reviews here have similar generic apologies. Really shows the care that goes into a company that has less then 2.5 out of 5 stars on google reviews.

Horrible service! Had a parcel to come with a 2 day delivery.... BUT it seems as though the drivers decides what he wants to deliver so my 2 day guarentee went out the window and the valley has been hit with snow storms and natural disaster so they cant deliver !?? Its sad they get away with exscuses so they don't have to do their jobs ! Absolutely disgusted

Driver made one delivery attempt and left a door knocker. I called and had made a request to deliver to my work, which they cooperated fully with me on, but for the second business day out. In the end I was able to go pick it up at the depot the next day after calling, so the lady there was friendly and cheerful. Got my new running shoes in time for the weekend!

Do NOT order packages that will come through purolater in Kentville! My Amazon package has been delayed and they will not deliver it! Calling the 1-888 number does NOTHING. Was on hold for 40 minutes and the lady was less than helpful.

DO NOT use purolator if it will come through Kentville. Delayed 4 times 3 due to weather(2 of those times weather was fine) and the last one due to incorrect address and no phone number?? But when I call 1-888 number and they have both the correct address and phone number! There is absolutely no reason for this. Been waiting over a week for them to get it together. Based on other reviews I suggest new employees for this location. Very disappointed.

Purolator can never seem to deliver to my home address. Every other delivery service (using the same address) I have never had an issue. This specific time they've delayed delivery TWICE, once for weather (when the tracking ID said Kentville, and it was 15 degrees and sunny outside), and the second because my address was wrong, which I called to confirm what they had was correct. The supervisor the proceeds to ask me (what's in the package that you NEED to have it) .... I'm quite certain that is none of your concern, and I have PAID for a service (two day shipping) and we are now on 5 BUSINESS days, not including the weekend, and I still have no delivery. Customer service is a joke!

My package was out for delivery two days in a row, but failed to deliver due to "weather delays". In fact, the weather was fine: no rain, snow, wind, or other problems. They just didn't want to deliver for some reason. If you want timely service, hire someone else!

Two of my packages in a row have been ripped open when they got dropped off while I was home working in the back yard with my wife inside the house... And not ripped open like mishandled packages, but more like let's see what's inside and left wide open for the weather... Thankfully who ever did it didn't see any value is taking the gifts I bought for my daughters first birthday. Will be contacting them first thing Monday to get this sorted out
