I give 1 to this company and office. It is because I donât have an option for 0. The quality of service is not improved at all after these all comments. After talking with customer service, i was told that I have to make an appointment for oversized delivery. I didnât ask for oversized delivery, and you did transferred my package to that department without TELLING me that I have to make an appointment for that. Were you about to hold my stuff until I talked to customer service?? No instructions???? And itâs simply slow to be delivered. What is the whole point of choosing the delivery date when itâs not so accurate? If it is going to be late, you need an explanation for every single reason, otherwise we will not know whatâs happening and be worried especially if those packages are essential for them. Ridiculous experience.
