I had an urgent perishable package delay at Purolator and drove in on October 21st desperate to see if I can pickup the package instead of waiting. I have an event on the 23rd and the delay meant pushing delivery to the 24th - no bueno! Alisha and her associate (I’m so sorry I never got her name!) truly went above and beyond and literally sifted through hundreds of packages manually off a broken down truck until they found mine. They did not have to do this for me and provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time! Very grateful for their kindness!

I always end up just driving across town to get my packages when they're supposed to be delivered by Purolator. This time I figured I'd get out in front whatever reason they might have to not deliver my package and put a sign down at the door "Purolator delivery to (my unit number)? Call (my buzzer number)". But nope, no delivery attempted because my "Buzzer number was unavailable". I don't even think the driver came in the vestibule because it was pretty tough to miss the sign I posted or didn't want to spend the time actually delivering it to my unit. Also no delivery notice was left so that'll just make everything that much more inconvenient when I do go try to claim my package at the depot. I'm at the point where if Purolator is the only shipping option I have, I just won't bother. It's not worth the extra effort I have to put in to get my packages when other couriers seem to have it figured out.

Worst delivery company out there. Packages somehow get delayed in delivery to next and then to the next business day even even though there is a Puralator truck driving by my house as recorded by front door camera. Asking to pick the item instead of waiting for delivery in urgent situation when I am waiting for baby food delivery somehow takes longer than actually waiting for the truck to deliver. I can understand when it is a one off situation but not like more often than not. Just disappointing service.

It seems Amazon is using more Purolator, less Canada Post for returns so I've had the opportunity for a few visits it's been solid service very easy to drop off packages in fact easier than Canada post. So far though it seems it takes longer for the packages to get back to Amazon than it did through Canada Post but we'll see as time goes on.*Update= it's been a few months now and the service has been excellent, packages are timely and it's still easier than ever to drop off. Love the service.
