So Purolator location is a bit hard to find at this location. It is right beside the used children goods store Once upon a Child. Very handy almost touch less Amazon returns here. The mall is a little trickyto get out of, but worth it.

Went in today to drop off some packages that needed to be returned. The two staff members ( a male and a female) were quite short, condescending and rude to other customers there. Offered very little in terms of how to solve problems but was more than willing to give attitude to ones just trying to figure out how best to scan their packages or locate their QR codes. It was honestly surprising how bad their attitude was, no exaggeration and based on the other reviews this is an on-going issue.

it's to the point now that any company that uses this delivery company to deliver their products I will be avoiding and I will shop elsewhere that uses a reliable delivery service. And don't bother ask me to reach out to your help team I'm not dealing with you guys anymore

Opinions change. So my package kept going out and going back to the depot for whatever reason and I got especially frustrated after two days waiting around for my package and sent an email out to customer support… I was a little uuuuuum abrupt, not too bad but I asked what the deal was. Well as it turns out they had missed a major street identifier on the address for the packaging so the delivery guy called me (rather than just taking it back again) and told me he can release it to me if I’m willing to come meet him since he was on the wrong street. This is a major above and beyond moment for me. I’ve had my share of awful experiences with deliveries, one of which was with puralator but this experience has changed my mind. You’ve got some good people working for you. Thank you

Great customer service from beginning to end! The parcel that I was shipping was picked up on time and got to its destination on time as well.
