I dropped off a package at staples for pick up. purolator lost the package started an investigation and came up with sorry couldn't find it. no insurance was given for my package. I had receipts for my return that I left with them. they closed the case. I continuously emailed back with questions asking for my money back for their screw up and never got a response. ever! horrible customer service.

left package outside the apartment building lucky me that my neighbor pick it up for me before anyone else had a hand on my parcel, very very disappointed and not professional at all, what will happen if i got very important documents inside or any other stuff, this is the second time happened with me now. If i have an option i will never go these unprofessional crew

I was home at the date and time of delivery but there was no knock or anything, didn't even leave the package. I went to check mail in the afternoon (I was up all morning so I wouldn't miss it) and they had apparently already been there. There's also no option on the website to get it redelivered.

I was at home all day when they buzzed my door, but no one said anything when I asked who it was. A minute later they left a message saying that they had missed me. It's like this person buzzed the door and left even before I answered. Am really disappointed.
