Quick and simple, as it should be! I basically dropped off my return package for amazon and there was nothing more to it! Lady at the front desk was nice. Shame other people had a bad experience. There's a scale, self serve kiosks to print labels and they're working fine.

Great location with amazing amenities! They provide all tools in case you aren’t fully prepared or forgot something (scissors, tape, free silver bags to wrap return items). I interacted with Bernie who was simply making everyone’s day better. Amazing customer experience, would highly recommend!
