"We're sorry we missed you" LIES. This has now happened twice in a row with this company/location. My husband and I have been home ALL DAY and there was zero attempt to knock at the door or get our attention. We were both absolutely shocked to find the "we're sorry we missed you" notice in the mailbox considering we have been keeping quiet to make sure we didn't miss the knock. The customer service at this location is absolutely ridiculous, they do not care at all about you or your package. You are nothing but another tracking number to them and it absolutely shows.

In line with what the majority of the other reviews here are saying, we have always had an issue with them not knocking or ringing the doorbell when making a delivery, instead just leaving the "an attempt was made" notice. So we got a "signature not required" sticker, thinking that instead of knocking once and running away, they would scan the sticker, and leave the package on the porch just like every other shipping company already does. Nope. In the four years I've had the sticker, I have yet to have a single delivery actually arrive at my door where I don't have to either wait for a retry, or go pick it up from the depot myself.

According to company I have missed my package and now I have to drive 25km to pick my package. It is not acceptable as my spouse and I were at home and no one came and rang a door bell. Why should I be penalized for the mistake of delivery person. I called Purolator customer service and after wait of well over half hour they said they will make arrangements for next day delivery. That never happened so I called again and same over half hour wait and guy told me he will make arrangements for next day delivery, same story it never happened and now after wasting few days in wait and few hours on phone I am still at the same position due to some immature delivery driver. Pathetic customer services!

I just took a whole day off work last minute to receive a package that I was notified about last night at 130am telling me to expect deliver today (Nov 15, 2022). Never any notification that delivery had started, my tracked showed it was shipped. All throughout the day Iā€™ve been waiting. The package is an iPad Pro so I have to sign for it. I was extremely shocked to find a ā€œweā€™re sorry we missed youā€ tag on my door. Checked my neighbours cameras 10 mins ago and the delivery driver had the note pre wrote, came to my porch, taped it and walked away. I have 4 huskies and I know for a fact if they would have knocked or rung the doorbell I would have answered. I then called at 1:36pm, while checking my tracking number again, the time posted for the missed delivery was 1:32pm. So Iā€™ve now been on hold for over 2 hours trying to reach a human so I can get my package that I PAID to have delivery for. Absolutely ridiculous, on the video you see me come out on my porch 4 minutes after the delivery person had left.. pathetic serviceā€¦ reconsider who you hire and your servicesā€¦ worst in the business by far.

Always the sameā€¦ attempted delivery without knocking or ringing the house. At least give a call just like other services do. Had to collect my package every time from their office. (Itā€™s an inconvenience for students who donā€™t have their own vehicleā€¦ it took me 3 busses and walking)
