I got an email my parcel would be delivered on November 4. At 5 pm figured would not come. Got an email later rescheduled to November 5. Today is November 5. No package. Called the call center and they said due to high volume it was rescheduled to tomorrow. So I am thinking to myself once I get it but you would assume since it was on the truck one whole day their priority would be to deliver the next business day as advised. So now I am on the 3rd day tomorrow. Let us see if they will deliver it. FedEx is much better. Every parcel I have gotten via fedex is on time and no delay despite the pandemic the excuse Purolator uses. Purolator sucks!!
