Staff that work here are highly unprofessional. They have a tendency to single out employees. Management constantly tries to find reasons to criticize these employees (often people of colour) and their work ethic when in reality management's work ethic is nowhere near meeting the company's standards. People are power hungry here.

Hi just wanted to let you know that while our regular delivery guy was off for a few days (David Guidi route LK1) our service was just not the same nor was it on time and a pkg forgotten as well. David is always on time. I know whenever I have anything to go out, he will be here with a smile always to follow. David never complains if he has to wait while the pkg is being prepared and is always happy from the start of day to end of day. Our office sends out hundreds of Purolator pkgs and he is the BEST delivery guy we have ever had over the years. I hope you recognize him for the great work he does and keep him on our route please. Thank you very much David and keep up the great work!!

Didn't realize this location changed to just an outside drop off box. Rather unfortunate. And the drop off box is too small for the parcel I had . Head somewhere else.
