These people NEVER do their job right. How can you deliver a package without even knocking at the door ???? They leave notices with the wrong date and adress, and then when you call customer care they make promises they can stick to. I don’t even know why companies bother working with them….. They are the woooooorssssst.

We missed the purolator delivery, so the package was dropped off at this location. Not only did they loose our package but they have footage of it being taken on camera. Thay say that somehow a person shows up with an id with our informations but with their photo on it. There's likely a scam going on here where the employees are in on it because we werent the only ones it happened to that day. This drop off location doesn't even take responsibility for loosing the package. If you have a package stored here, pick it up ASAP.

Zero accountability Horrible service. Got a notification to pick up a package, when i get there im told it was for someone else and they already picked up. Meanwhile nobody knows where my computer screen is, i wasted hours of my saturday, and they couldn't even register a complaint, they refer to the website. Worst service ever

The note left had the wrong date and time on it, wrong operating hours. Writing was not readable. Driver showed up at a random time not listed on the tracking info... As if that wasn't bad enough, they gave my package to someone they 'claimed' had my ID (hard to believe) and refused to help in any way, just sent me to go to the police. Very suspicious, would not use this location under any circumstances.

Purolator at the 6931 st hubert street location wanted to charge me a fee of 0.50$ for the print of the return label. I refuse as this not part of return process and fee according to my return agreement. The agreement with buyer was that I could just drop off package and they will handle boxing and return label. I already had package the return box of the order and was not advised that I needed to print the label by them, which I would have done if I was advised. I was polite as I refuse the fee and made me feel I was in the wrong to refuse the fee, they say it was ok not to pay it but now I don't trust them with my package left to them and the whole experience was really negative and I will not return to this location in the future for my needs, and you should think twice also if you plan on it.
