Dropped my returns last week, it’s still not in the system and no one answers their number…. Emailed them at the email they provided to another comment and it doesn’t exist…. « Expert » is a wild overstatement

I dropped my items a week ago to be returned back to Amazon. 7 days later and it still shows that it has not been scanned by the place. I called Amazon and they can't do anything until it has been scanned. I have called countless of times and no one ever picks-up.

Purolator does not seriously attempt to deliver packages and they just leave a delivery slip most of the time.
