Absolutely the worst delivery service in Kingston. They just too lazy to knock the door or ring the bell all the time. It already happens too too many times to me and my friends also. I got a important package today and I need it as soon as possible, and I got no time to pick it up after 5 pm. So I specially asked half a day off to be at home and wait for the delivery. Then you may guess what happened, a notice left at the main entrance again saying I’m not available. I received no bell ringing, or no calls, totally no nothing at all. It is frustrating and not acceptable. Just never use this company for delivery if you have a choice.

I’ve waited enough before writing this review. Very disappointing service as 2 start rating explains. Delivery person does not knock, buzz, or call when attempting delivery. My package contained a live plant worth $300 that was not delivered (left a notice) when the box had clear instructions written on it. I filed a complaint with customer service and they advised me that manager named Kolt will be calling me. Well, no one has called me so far.

Local driver leaves parcel ON busy highway road and in ditches while reporting extra large boxes fit “in” mailbox continues to swear and threaten customers reports have been made but Purolator doesn’t care this violent man continues to be employed. How can this be resolved. Customer Service is aware and brush it off

Gave me an incorrect date for delivery and did not send text updates as requested. Why would a driver leave an Apple Watch outside a home on a busy street when it could easily have been placed inside the door? Because they don’t care, that’s why. I’ve had this issue with receiving packages from Purolator before. Beware.
