Worst couriers going, scanned bad weather delay on a beautiful sunny day yet I see deliveries being made around town, been checked into CB sort facility three days in a row, one package was delivered leaking its contents only to put it on top of the other parcel to be leaked on, another was beat up like it was dragged to the house from the sort facility. ZERO stars, do better!

Wish I could give zero stars for Purolator service I received in Corner Brook, NL. I spent the whole day at home waiting for a very important package; the driver did not come to my door, but just left a note in my mailbox for failed delivery. When I called the store, they told me "we don't have control over our drivers". No acknowledgement, remorse or apology for the inconvenience. If they do not want to deliver packages then they should not pretend to offer the service, it would save us all our time.

Same as the other 1 star review, sunny skies and clear roads but my packages were delayed due to weather for the past few days. Today i watched the delivery truck pass my location twice with no delivery made to my address.

Purolator is the worse shipping company in Newfoundland. ive had expensive packages left on the door step that ive payed $4.75 to have it signed for upon delivery. had packages that have been out for delivery on a Friday that have been mysteriously been delayed do to road closure when road closures are not a think here. absolute trash company with lazy drivers.
