I have a parcel scheduled for pickup.. No one showed up so I rescheduled. Still no one showed up the second time. Trying to phone is hopeless. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and still had not talked to anyone. Not sure what to do now.

Delivery showed up in the 3 hour window that the email notification had specified. Package was left nicely at the door & the driver knocked, which was helpful because the extreme cold could have damaged the contents.
