Perhaps when you give the customer a callback, don't hang up once the customer presses "1" to receive the call several times. Or when the tracking number sent to the customer isn't working when tracking package. ( Number not in system )

My package was delivered to the wrong address and I was assured that it would be delivered to me asap. It's been 6 days now and I have not received the package nor given any sort of update. Facebook, telephone nor Instagram seems to be working. Tracking # AECA00000000703041.

Sur le site de repère de colis, ils se sont trompés deux jours de suite sur je ne sais pas quoi exactement mais le jeudi ils me disait que j'allais recevoir le colis en après-midi et après avant 22 heures et rien... J'ai appelé et ils m'ont dis que sa l'irais au lendemain... Même chose le lendemain...

Up until now, I have only had accolades for your company. But this parcel seems to have made it to Langley and then never to be seen again. Parcel ordered on March 25, 2026.
