Intelcom is the most incompetent courier service in the country! Over a period of two weeks I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered within 3 hours and the next day I would received another email saying they couldn't deliver it. After two weeks I contacted Intelcom and was told delivery was guaranteed for the next day. The parcel did not come so I contacted them again. I was then told that the package was returned to the vendor. This company is very unprofessional and lacks the skills to communicate effectively with their customers. To report that a package has been delivered when it has not is straight out lying to the customer. I spent at least an hour looking for my package and the photo they provide to show you where they left it was a joke; it was a close up of my mailing address! Interestingly enough, another parcel I ordered was delivered yesterday by Intelcom but the package was left at the end of my driveway (see below) which is out of sight of my home. I was fortunate to find it. Amazon must stop using this company, they are shamefully incompetent.
