I am very delighted about this personal pick up service. I needed to return an item to Amazon. This is extremely convenient for me, because I am elderly and don't have a car. I live alone in a big house and needed extra time to reach the front door. I contacted Intel and asked them to give the driver a special message to wait for me so that I could safely reach the front door and not drive away. He did. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful.

I received my order the next day, I was very pleased. When I opened the package, I noticed that there was a dent in the box. First, of all, depending on what I ordered, I would be upset. But, since this was a box of pens, and none of them was damaged, it did not bother me at all. Besides, I am not blaming the delivery service, this could have happened at the warehouse. No problem. Now, the last time this happened, before Covid, I had ordered a Hardcover John Lennon Imagine Book. When I received the book, the top right handed corner, was heavily damaged, huge dent. I was livid! Amazon contacted the seller and, unfortunately, that book was the last copy. Sure, I got my money back, but that did not lessen the emotional pain (Hey, I'm a huge Beatles' fan/collector, I take my Beatles' stuff seriously). Sometimes, life is indeed not fair.

Best delivery company. I. wish all of our Amazon parcels were delivered by them. I appreciate the very fast notification to my hone of a delivery. Drivers are always pleasant and courteous.

On the plus side, packages are usually delivered on time. On the negative side, they're usually left right out in the open on our porch where they can easily be seen from the street, without any notice that they've been delivered, so if not for diligence on our end they would likely be stolen. Also, one of our more recent deliveries was damaged. It looked like it had been stepped on more than once. I think a serious audit of their delivery drivers is needed.

Usually fine service but today I was expecting a package that needed to be signed for and received an email at 10:40am saying it would be delivered in the next 3 hours. No one showed up all day and at 4:30pm I got a notification on my phone saying delivery was attempted despite no one knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I guess I have to stay home tomorrow and sit on the porch.
