The one time I actually needed the package to be delivered in the 2-Day window before Sunday the Driver attempts delivery starting at 6:30am. This time they ā€œran into an issueā€ when deliveringā€¦. They have always use the same buzzer code to get into the building and leave it at the door with no problems. I called the driver and he says ā€œyou must have been sleepingā€¦..ā€ yeah its 6:30am on a Saturday & I work nights till 4am. Advised by the driver it will be delivered tomorrow (Sunday). I decided to call customer service to ensure they will use the right buzzer code and was told it wouldn't be delivered until Monday nowā€¦ They need to stop delivering in a 3 hour window before 10am if they can be consistent.

Absolutely trash company. Despite leaving signs, calling during deliveries, leaving detailed I structures via Amazon these people always leave the parcel on the front steps, no doorbell, no knock, no ability to read instructions WHICH CLEARLY STATE NO FRONT DOOR DELIVERY. Saturday a return scheduled for pick up, driver Tammy didn't show up all day. My husband sat here all day waiting...3 hours wait was an all day no show. Call to speak to manager, they refuse to transfer me and say they will have a manager call me right away...that was yesterday morning. No call. Totally unprofessional company. Was getting another delivery yesterday...you guessed it, no show.

I had my product delivered yesterday. The driver hit my front steps. Completely moving them ! He acted like he didnā€™t do anything but I seen through my window! He passed me my product and said here you go. I said you just hit my front steps and said causally. Oh sorry about that. My driveway is very long and he literally had to turn his wheel to the left to hit the front steps. I honestly donā€™t know how he even did it for the life of me. I called intelcom the guy on the phone said I have to email and make a complaint, I asked what the email was. He gave me the wrong email so I called back and spoke to someone else. She sent me the form for PDI. I attempted 7 times to fill this out! And the link just keeps loading. It wonā€™t allow me to. It shouldnā€™t be this hard to make a complaint when someone hits your property ! Iā€™m waiting for a phone call back today! If I even get one Update - no response from anyone. Clearly itā€™s not going to be taken care of

There is non stop issues with this company. They do not follow delivery instructions which ends up with parcels being stolen as they aren't left where instructed. They have broken items being delivered as they throw them at the door as we have witnessed this. Customer service is rude and does not help when there are issues. I wish you had a choice not to use this delivery company when ordering on amazon. DO BETTER INTELCOM!!!

Package sat for almost 3 days in facility before it was delivered according to their tracking information. Then it was delivered the snowed-in front step instead of being put in the mailbox at the side door by the shovelled driveway. How does that make sense to the delivery driver???
