I am blind with rage. Intelcom is horrendous, constantly horrible never on time and cannot follow the simplest instructions. They will email you "Your package is out for delivery" and it will not be delivered until four days later with not notice. I have purchased three snowglobes as chrrstmas presents all three went through Intelcom the exact same time where delivered a week apart and all came completely shattered. This is not okay. I've never had a problem ordering glassware or fragile items until Intelcom came along. I pray please someone tell me how I can avoid these animals from "delivering" my packages. I can't be sure but I can only assume there being drop kicked over my gate.

Had a gift sent to a friend and it was the wrong thing sent so no biggy did the return - the issue is that Intelcom didn't show up the first time when they were supposed to - rebooked to Dec 13 and still no showed. Put instructions in to call before coming and the pick up was rebooked yet again for Dec 14. This is by far the worst service of a courier. I do NOT recommend this courier for any delivery service and Amazon really needs to rethink who they ship things with. FYI The courier is in Calgary

It's Christmas...I understand it's super busy. However, the driver was negligent and left my parcel at who knows whos house. There was no picture..therefore they can't track it to what house it went to. I'm very upset. I was excited to give this to my bf for Christmas. I got the email today but it says it was delivered on December 19. Today id tge 27!! ...what a pain!!!

This is absolutely the WORST COURIER service. This is the 4th time I have had to search for my delivery, either there is no picture of proof or the delivery guy just throws it in some driveway miles from our address. The call center keeps telling me they can't get a hold of the driver, what a joke.
