I wish I could give them 0 stars. Delivered 3 Ebay packages to the wrong place, even sent me a delivery confirmation with a photo of a house (first attached pic) when my address is my business (second attached pic). They lied to Ebay and said they delivered my packages correctly, and won't deal with me because I wasn't their customer. I hate companies with no integrity that will lie to get out of any accountability. I will continue to complain to EBay about them and to anyone else that will listen.

I would give negative stars if I could. Every delivery issue I've ever had with Amazon has been because of this company. Made a major purchase that promised next day delivery, which would be Friday. 10:45 am, got an email saying delivery in the next 3 hours. 3 hours later, still no package. Got an email 2 hours after that saying they attempted delivery. I was at home the whole day, no attempt to delivery that I can see... Called them up to find out what's going on. Told the driver wasn't able to access my building. Apparently the buzzer system is too complicated for them?? Not sure the reason, couldn't get a straight answer. Told it was rescheduled for delivery Monday. 3 days later?? Let them know that this wasn't acceptable, and wanted to speak to a supervisor/manager. Told that there are no supervisors? Person said they would send an email to see if they could finish the delivery that day. Told them I wanted a call back. No surprise, got no call back. Did get an email saying that it would be delivered "Tomorrow", which would be Saturday. Called on Saturday morning to check, since I don't trust things at this point. Told that delivery is scheduled Monday. Again told there is no supervisor or manager I can speak to. Apparently when you get deliveries from Intelcom, you get incompetent drivers and useless customer service. I've asked Amazon to make sure they never deliver to me again, and I would strongly suggest others do the same.

I did an order from Amazon . First time driver lost my parcel . So I didn’t receive anything. Amazon did replacement for me .Second time he delivered it to a wrong address , and a very old and blind man bring this parcel to me. So how possible , blind man doing your guys job better then the delivery guy? This is purest delivery company ever !!! Never again! I hope this company will be closed soon!

Intelcom is horrible, 0 stars is necessary. I received an email stating a 3 hour delivery window, they say delivery attempt was made. I have camera's to confirm it was not. It was scheduled for next day. I received another email with 3 hour window stating it was out for delivery, and then another stating a delivery attempt was made and it was returned to warehouse. Camera's again confirm this was a lie. I contacted the warehouse directly where I was told they now have lost the package. Reviews on this company speak volumes! They should not be in business

The delivery person today was prompt, cordial. Better yet he went to the correct building, and used the building access panel- when I missed the called, he had a way of calling me from their system. thank you so much for this! We have a different delivery waiting for it’s third attempt because that person continues to go to the wrong building and never does reach out. So thank you Intelcom for hiring the person who was helpful for me today.
