I have experienced a few deliveries with this company and itās the first time I comment. This most recent delivery was so cringeworthy that I cannot help myself to come here as I feel something needs to get done on their end. Iāve had one good delivery that went well with them. For this last one weāre unable to track their delivery as the status isnāt updated online. They send an email that mentions the delivery is on its way and will be done within 3 hours which is totally incorrect. Iāve waited all day and still no sign of my package which I need to sign for. They cannot account at a given time what their driverās itinerary is. I had to call to inquire about my package more than once and the persons on the line could not help me and could not do anything to at least get someone to update the status in their tracking platform. When I remarked that the website and email notification were unhelpful the phone assistant told me to ācalm downā even through I was using a patient tone. Well I certainly felt more calm after this comment and waiting at home all day, not! The merchant I bought the supply from will certainly hear about this experience. Itās unfortunate we have to go public but how else will someone do something to fix this issue? Home delivery is supposed to be convenient, not a hassle.
