Amazon's worst choice of service, and clearly Amazon doesn't care after they have taken you money. Previous reports to Amazon about this company has changed nothing. Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever come across. My daughters gift is now 2 days late and growing, as the delivery person flat out refused any attempts at the previous 2 deliveries. He "claimed" there was 2 failed attempts.. yet 4 people were home to verify NO attempt was made. Even after emailing customer services reponse to a bad review, to report previous failed other deliveries, nothing is getting better. It's just as bad as it as it ever was.. Calling their customer service is even worse. If you're upset, they'll remind you they'll just hang up the call.. if you ask to talk to a manager, they claim the call does not warrant talking to a manager, ask again, and the manager is magically unavailable. There is NOTHING good to say about this company. If you actually paid for their service, you WILL be made to feel like a fool for not getting another courier. If I could give negative 5 stars.. I definitely would have. Strongly avoid this courier at all costs. A homeless person will offer you better service than this one. 5 failed orders in 2022.. they met their target goal of a 30% success delivery rate. If this kind of insubordination happened in any other industry... they'd be fired. No questions asked.

Today was the worst experience I ever received from this company. The courier, which was recorded on camera, threw my product on my front steps. Furthermore, the box appeared to have been opened and taped up again with clear tape. Amazon's tape was on there still. Also the box was soaked. Not impressed with how my product was handled. If you care for the recording I can send it. My product looked to have been used and after contacting the seller it was confirmed that everything was shipped properly. Just not impressed with how this was handled.

I will not shop Amazon again until they remove this company as a delivery service. Do not follow delivery instructions of business hours. Attempt delivery at 9:52 pm. Package is now essentially hostage and has not been delivered for 2 days. Last year Intelcom delivered a block away. When the girl advised them she was not signing for it because it was not theirs, the delivery driver threw his hands up in the air, took her photo and walked away. They were kind enough to let me know. When I tried to make the complaint all I got was "well you've got your package right?". Never again. Amazon has lost my business until this company is terminated as their delivery service. ETA: Tried contacting today. Was told Intelcom was under NO Obligation to follow delivery instructions. I said that this is a business. She said if I wanted my package that I need to stay until 10:00 pm. They have had this package since Tuesday and only tried to deliver it once - it is Friday. I am supposed to sit here until 10 pm everyday until it comes? I now have another package that was to be delivered "within 3 hours" at 7:52 am. It is well past the 3 hours. I am done with this company.

Absolutely the worst service of any courier company. As Amazon's secondary courier, somehow now 2 days late has become the average expectation for your delivery. They "claim" to make delivery attempts, yet they never call to confirm you're home, nor ring a buzzer, nor ring a door bell. "Always late, never on time" should now be their new slogan. Calling their customer service is no help. They barely speak English. They fail to understand your complaints, and subsequently fail to resolve any issues until you get frustrated. Only then do they start paying attention, and try to listen, before trying to resolve your issue. How has 2 days late become acceptable for Amazon anyway? DO NOT under any circumstances pay for their service willingly. If you shopped on Amazon and they became your carrier. Grab a pen and paper and a phone, because you'll be stuck with customer service trying to figure our which week you'll get what you ordered.

Absolute garbage service. How this company does delivery for Amazon is just amazing. Instructions on getting into building were clear and my phone number is available on package to call me. Waited at home on a Sunday for my package all day just watch driver drive away from balcony. Absolutely pathetic. Also don't reply with an apology to contact you. Trust me you don't want to talk to me. In this day and age with the technology we have this is so easily avoidable. Monkeys could do better than this company
