Amazon's worst choice of service, and clearly Amazon doesn't care after they have taken you money. Previous reports to Amazon about this company has changed nothing. Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever come across. My daughters gift is now 2 days late and growing, as the delivery person flat out refused any attempts at the previous 2 deliveries. He "claimed" there was 2 failed attempts.. yet 4 people were home to verify NO attempt was made. Even after emailing customer services reponse to a bad review, to report previous failed other deliveries, nothing is getting better. It's just as bad as it as it ever was.. Calling their customer service is even worse. If you're upset, they'll remind you they'll just hang up the call.. if you ask to talk to a manager, they claim the call does not warrant talking to a manager, ask again, and the manager is magically unavailable. There is NOTHING good to say about this company. If you actually paid for their service, you WILL be made to feel like a fool for not getting another courier. If I could give negative 5 stars.. I definitely would have. Strongly avoid this courier at all costs. A homeless person will offer you better service than this one. 5 failed orders in 2022.. they met their target goal of a 30% success delivery rate. If this kind of insubordination happened in any other industry... they'd be fired. No questions asked.
