Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. Driver comes to my building, takes a picture of the number, then takes a picture of OTHER PEOPLES' packages then left with my package. Customer service puts me on hold to contact the driver, comes back to say they can't get hold of them... (Probably opening all the stolen packages, porch pirates moving up the chain of delivery I guess) Supervisor was contacted. Will update if details change. EDIT: So I guess at some point in the evening the driver "remembered" to come back and actually deliver the package. It was left unceremoniously in the mail room and no one contacted me with an update. Updating to 3 stars because this is the first time this has happened and the package was delivered though it looked beat up/tampered with.

I only picked 1 star because I couldnt pick 0 stars. Worst company ever to try and get answers from. I have spent well over an hour to find out about my damaged package. 2 phone calls later I have an answer. Intelcom if you want to know how to do better read your reviews. When a customer calls and has to wait 30 minutes for the first call pickup that is not acceptable. Then that person needs to know how to talk, and also needs to know how and where to get answers from. Brutal brutal brutal.

I really hope someone from head office reads this , because truly its dissappointing the horrible service the drivers and call centers provides. it is my second time they loose my package. 1 the driver just gives it to anyone and doesnt even try to deliver to the right address or person. and i called customer service and they just hanged up on me.
