Same dude who delivered my Skip order dropped off my Amazon package the next day. That alone tells you what kind of company this is - a "no experience necessary" cash job for people who can't legally work in Canada. Good news though, if your package gets delivered to the wrong address you can contact Amazon. They are very much aware of how much money Intelcom is costing them. They'll offer you a refund or send out another order, no questions asked. 1 star because once in a while this gets me out of the house meeting new people in my neighbourhood when I gotta match up the picture they email me to find my package. Always a good laugh to be had seeing as how it seems to happen to everyone. The things that bring us together. Merry Christmas!

I also wish I could pick no stars. The service in Laird is really no service at all. They consistently say they can’t deliver, wrong address etc. I once watched a car fly by my driveway then send the notice that delivery was attempted. I keep asking Amazon to just stick with Canada post and not use this company and they say they are putting that in a note but they keep slipping through the crack. Today I got my notice it was delivered but it’s nowhere to be seen(I checked right away and live in the country so it wasn’t stolen). I’ve gotten packages where the Amazon shipping label was cut open to open the package and then all taped back up(I had nothing worth stealing in it) I can’t believe Amazon still uses this company. I canceled all my subscription because of this company.

We recently ordered a product from Amazon and delivery was today at 1 pm. The driver from intelcom delivered the package but threw the package from his black van into my flower bed. I have a video if needed. We pay prime service fee for quality service but the driver disregarded the ability to provide a quality service. I have seen videos on line like this and never thought it would happen to me.

I have had many parcels delivered by Intelecom and never a problem.They just keep getting better.Need to change your delivery date then it is just a quick phone call. Drivers are friendly. They deliver 7 days a week with no delays. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Intelecon.

Without fail, Intelcom will always meet expectations...meaning my package will be late, or lost. Every single time this company is selected as a courier for my items, there has been an issue. Other couriers have no issue delivering to my address, but this one always seems to have a disinclination to actually driving out to a rural area and delivering an item they're supposed to.
