This is definitely the WORST carrier company and customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman was nice and trying to solve the problem,but ,the lady ,canāt believe how rude she was and she was making things complicated and difficult in purpose even the gentleman was trying to help,looks like she is the boss.She is absolutely not suitable for customer service industry,This company need to change management and training their staff properly!Anyone know how can I avoid this shipping company for my Amazon shopping?I donāt want to deal with this lady anymore,so disappointed.
