This is definitely the WORST carrier company and customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman was nice and trying to solve the problem,but ,the lady ,can’t believe how rude she was and she was making things complicated and difficult in purpose even the gentleman was trying to help,looks like she is the boss.She is absolutely not suitable for customer service industry,This company need to change management and training their staff properly!Anyone know how can I avoid this shipping company for my Amazon shopping?I don’t want to deal with this lady anymore,so disappointed.

Scam artists. Second time in a row that my package was deemed undeliverable/damaged once it reached this outlet in Fort McMurray. When I called the branch to ask about why the package was undeliverable they said that the package arrived empty. When I asked to see the package they said that they sent the package back. If it was empty why did they send it back. When I asked to speak with the manager they said the manager was not available. Run these scam artists out of town Fort McMurray they are stealing your products and either keeping them for themselves or selling them online in different cities. If you have a similar story please feel free to contact me to share or contact the police to help with the investigation. The way to make sure Intelcom is not used just put in the shipping instructions not to use Intelcom and Amazon will use a different service and these guys can be run out of town.

Intercom Express is the best courier because they deliver to your apt door not like Purolator who are so lazy, they just stick a delivery notice to the outside entrance door to the building

I’m disabled and not only do I receive my package on time but the driver brings it right to my door inside my building which I’m extremely appreciative of. Stellar service!
