I have a really good experience with this company, they are very responsible and they follow up whenever there is a problem with the delivery. I really like their customer service. The delivery guys are very kind and some of them take their time to call and advise the package is delivered, they really do a great job. Congrats!

Superior service compared to Canada Post. Intelcom sends an email that they're on their way and once the item is delivered. They will also come back and attempt to deliver your package a second time if you weren't home. Excellent service!

Had a paper bag torn open at the top corner of the bag when it was delivered to my door and was evidently in the photo the driver took. A leveller tool was ā€œmissingā€ in our order. Was told it was ā€œmissingā€ in the wear house by Intelcom customer service when asked about it and then called Amazon customer service and they refunded us. I was very disappointed and upset at this occurrence as this was a gift for a family member. Definitely is hard to trust the service in the wear house with the delivery if an order is ā€œmissingā€ upon delivery, but have no problem going to Amazon customer service if I have a problem. :(

Very very good delivering service but as for returns and pick up they are useless! Been waiting 2 weeks for this wrongfully delivered package to be picked up and they keep sending me emails that it'll be picked up the following day. Then the following day etc... even when I have packages delivered here almost daily?! They could just pick up the package when here but noooooooo let's make him wait

When did you folks devolve to the Puraltor/Fed Ex unionized level. 2 deliveries this week and 1 return. Very disappointed you didn't call from outside my locked building the last 3 days as I waited inside, out of respect I didn't go out. I retract every positive comment I ever made about you after waiting between 9am and 8pm the last 3 days. Shame on Intelcom. Never thought I'd say that. Didn't take you too long to become unionized Canadian attitude. I liked you better when you were Indian Canadian.
