The package was delivered safe and sound and in due time. This was an item I regularly order; my favourite tea and saffron cube sugars which are hard to find in stores around where we live so I never have to travel to a major town to buy them. I can enjoy my afternoon tea right where I am :)

Hello, I’ve been waiting for this company to pickup my item for a month now. There have been 3 no shows and 5 rescheduled so far. And it’s not the first time this happens. Over 50% of the times I’ve used them there has been absolutely horrible service all around. Its EXTREMELY frustrating to deal with these inefficiencies.

Something has changed lately. For a very long time there were some nice delivery drivers who regularity run the route. For the last several months, it is a different driver every time. They get stuck, wreck my gravel driveway, take zero responsibility, and leave angry at me, even though they left me with hours of work to fix their mess. Now its suddenly gone even worse… tracking shows, out for delivery, back at facility, then out for delivery for days on end…. And there is no method to contact the facility. They even say the agents only have the same information as the tracking info shows. Amazon has used INTELCOM for a thousand packages just to me alone. I think I know what their normal way is. Probably a labour shortage like everything else these days, but as the end user of their service - I would prefer honest information than getting the run around.

I thought I was the only one, but after reading a few comments, I'm not the only one. The delivery person took a picture showing the package being delivered to a random dark place, hard to tell if there was any attempt to deliver the package to my house. I am speechless! I have never seen such a picture taken by the delivery person. Also, there was no attempt to call me and let me know the package was delivered, I'm not even sure if the delivery person ever set foot in my door.
