This company delivers to my wife and I at least 5-10 times a month. Most always Amazon orders. They were GREAT up until a month or 2 ago. Here's our issue. My wife receives a 3 hour notice of delivery so we knew when to expect it. That was always very accurate before. Now she'll get the 3 hour email but we've had to wait up to 9 hours at least one time and several hours other times.The 9 hour wait happened a few days ago and we couldn't wait for the package any longer, we had to leave. Since we live in a secure building, the delivery driver can't get in unless we are there to let him in and take the pkg. When he tried to deliver at after 6 pm that evening , he called my wife and she told him we waited as long as we could and asked him to deliver the item the next day. The next day came and we had another delivery from them but didn't have the previous days item with him. I asked him where it was at and he said they would deliver the next day. Today was that day. We were notified that the item was delivered but it wasn't. When we checked the order online, it said we had to pick it up. I did email them a couple days ago, but no reply , so after having to drive out a ways to get the item, I decided to vent my frustration here. This company is being paid to deliver so they need to deliver.
