This company delivers to my wife and I at least 5-10 times a month. Most always Amazon orders. They were GREAT up until a month or 2 ago. Here's our issue. My wife receives a 3 hour notice of delivery so we knew when to expect it. That was always very accurate before. Now she'll get the 3 hour email but we've had to wait up to 9 hours at least one time and several hours other times.The 9 hour wait happened a few days ago and we couldn't wait for the package any longer, we had to leave. Since we live in a secure building, the delivery driver can't get in unless we are there to let him in and take the pkg. When he tried to deliver at after 6 pm that evening , he called my wife and she told him we waited as long as we could and asked him to deliver the item the next day. The next day came and we had another delivery from them but didn't have the previous days item with him. I asked him where it was at and he said they would deliver the next day. Today was that day. We were notified that the item was delivered but it wasn't. When we checked the order online, it said we had to pick it up. I did email them a couple days ago, but no reply , so after having to drive out a ways to get the item, I decided to vent my frustration here. This company is being paid to deliver so they need to deliver.

I'm not sure if amazon used this company before, but they do now. Which I'm not happy about, their tracking system isn't useful at all, It doesn't update and the wait times are pointless. I can understand when things get busy but me wasting my entire day waiting for a package that doesn't show up is frustrating.Even with prime 2 day shipping. I get my orders on day 3- 4 because of the slow delivery or no delivery. Things need to be changed at this place.

This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. All my deliveries I give specific instructions to have my packages delivered to my basement suite door not the main door as the main door is my landlord’s door. I share where to find the door. And every single delivery my package is left at my landlords door not where I have requested them to deliver it, I really wish the drivers would do better since I have no choice but to go with this company due to their contract with Amazon.

Super disappointed in the customer service after package not delivered. Received email to say package was delivered to a secure location on my property. I was home all day, no delivery took place. Delivery email noted one should scroll down to see photo of drop location. No photo.I’ve received deliveries from this company previously, so pretty sure my address is sufficiently straight forward to find. Called customer service, and explained situation, and service rep said warehouse will email in 72 hours, all while seeming to rush me off the line. No empathy for the lost order, or the customer, and that the mistake was Intel-com’s. Not helpful. Not impressed. Update August 31: had reordered items, as already noted, thinking that delivery could not possibly be wrong twice. But after the first half of the delivery was signed for by someone other that me, the second half of the re-order was also delivered to the wrong address, today, with the same wrong signature as yesterday’s delivery. This is so appallingly incompetent. Have already contacted customer service per the email you’d provided. Maybe we can now add today’s missing delivery to that complaint.

worst delivery service company ever. if i could give zero stars i would. they marked my package as delivered, signed the delivery with some fake signature and took a picture of my house. no package. called their useless customer support got zero help the person couldnt understand english. i got amazon involved then 2 days later i see on my security cameras the intelcom guy dropping off my package. i suspect he was trying to steal it himself and claim it as stolen. amazon needs to hire a different company!
