At this point they owe me stars. SO many packages delivered to the wrong address. How do I know? Because of all the pictures of my package, sitting in front of a house that isn't even the same colour as mine. The contact and feedback forms on the web page are useless, they ignore those. They literally do not care. And if anyone from the company tries responding to this review, know that it's all lies and false promises, designed to smooth over a mess they have no intention of fixing.

I dont even know where to start, if I could rate lower then 0 I would. I ordered items from Amazon more than 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. Everyday I check Intelcom's tracking and everyday they say its on the way but it always results in them saying "attempted delivery" and that they ran into a problem and will try again the next day. I work from home and every single day no one comes to my door, no delivery truck, nothing. Ive tried customer service and there is no solution given other than they will attempt again. Apparently the diapers and baby play mat I ordered too large and they need multiple people to carry the box as was told to me over the phone. I paid for these items and just want to go to the warehouse located minutes from my home and yet they tell me I cant even do that. I am so incredibly upset with this company and their lack of customer service as well as the basic delivery of my items!

0 stars would be my rating if possible. Delivery drivers lie about attempted deliveries. Customer service is no help after long hold times. Will have to stop ordering from Amazon...

If I could rate 0 stars.... I would. Absolute WORST Delivery company EVER. Was to recieve my delivery 3 days ago!! 1st attempt said delivery attempted.. A LIE ! 2nd attempt they said wrong address. I was so mad at this point I called customer service. After 20 mins I spoke to someone who verified address and ensured me I would receive today. Well its Today ... And again...said delivery attempted and incorrect address. I called back and waited on hold for 1hour and 20 mins before hanging up. I'm beyond angry at this point.

Worst delivery experience of my life. The driver said for two days straight that he attempted to deliver my package. He did not. I called for two days and the operator on the call said the driver would make a second deliver attempt each day. This did not happen. I called the third day, which is today grrrr, and the operator told me that my package would be delivered tomorrow. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I'll follow up tomorrow to see if my package gets successfully delivered to me tomorrow.
