Whenever a package havenât arrived. I know I drew the short straw and got intelcom. Itâll probably be easier to send the package back and order it again and hope I get a different company. They are constantly the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. With an odd propensity to mark things as âdelivery attemptedâ in situations itâs easy to demonstrate they didnât. Do they know kicking it into the back of their truck and forgetting about it doesnât count as attempting to deliver the package. Apartment buildings have their front door locked. Itâs well understood a buzzer code or key is needed to get in. When you send an email with the confirmation you have to buzzer code. I trust you understand that. It is not the 1970âs. the buzzer at the front door goes to the phone in my pocket that keeps a call log. Itâs very obvious when several days in a row you mark it as delivery attempted, you are lying. Excepting failure is important part of business. My recommendation to intercom Burnaby is you should try to pivot to something different. Maybe recycling depot or laundry mat just not logistics.
