Whenever a package haven’t arrived. I know I drew the short straw and got intelcom. It’ll probably be easier to send the package back and order it again and hope I get a different company. They are constantly the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. With an odd propensity to mark things as “delivery attempted” in situations it’s easy to demonstrate they didn’t. Do they know kicking it into the back of their truck and forgetting about it doesn’t count as attempting to deliver the package. Apartment buildings have their front door locked. It’s well understood a buzzer code or key is needed to get in. When you send an email with the confirmation you have to buzzer code. I trust you understand that. It is not the 1970’s. the buzzer at the front door goes to the phone in my pocket that keeps a call log. It’s very obvious when several days in a row you mark it as delivery attempted, you are lying. Excepting failure is important part of business. My recommendation to intercom Burnaby is you should try to pivot to something different. Maybe recycling depot or laundry mat just not logistics.

Extremely terrible service. Even when you set the appointment to pick up on a certain day, they may or may not show up. Then on a random day of the week, they may call you to let you know they are on the way. Which afterward, they may still not end up showing up. In this case, you may reschedule online, but there is no confirmation whether it's processed or not, so you are left in the dark what's going on. It's easier to just open a dispute with Amazon and tell them to refund the money while keeping the item. Because it's way too inconvenient to try to schedule a pick up and wait at home for them to come, only for them to miss their appointments and not show up. It's almost a miracle how this company is still in business. I have genuinely never seen a company with a 1/5 star rating still in business for so long. What a joke.

I'm just going to have to keep writing horrible reviews for every package delivered by this company for different locations until they smarten up. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS. Many packages have expensive items inside, if they refuse to read and listen to the special instructions and where to leave the package, theft will very often occur. Especially during the holidays. I'm scared to order computer parts for black Friday out of fear this company will be delivering when I am not home. When Amazon delivers, they NEVER leave packages outside of buildings. This should be the standard. I'd rather go somewhere to pick it up if I have to than risk the rain and theft. Once again, today, your driver ignored my instructions to buzz my unit as I am home all day, and left the package outside. Intelcom needs to be held responsible for their clear lack of training or for horrible drivers refusing to do the job they signed up for. Your company has delivered all of twice for me, and is 0/2 listening to my instructions. The first time I complained to them, got all of nowhere. And look, I'm sill having the same issues. AVOID INTELCOM AT ALL COSTS

Every single time the they to the delivery they don't make any effort fo make sure the recipient gets it safely. Several times they just leave it openly out front of y apartment building which is known to have thefts they didn't even buzz me when they came as I was home waiting. Another time they gave my package to another person not bothering with the contacting me through buzzing. Had to put a stolen item claim in. They've give up all hope for a good reputation. Hope they get all ties severed from they're delivery contract. No good system and moral commitment to doing a proper job anymore. Heck I wouldn't even doubt if they had people purposely stealing packages.

Absolutely horrible service. Drivers don't follow delivery instructions, they just leave packages in unsafe places. I keep complaining to amazon about intelcom, but apparently there are no option not to use them. Unbelievable! Amazon, please stop using this courier service. Intelcom, please train your drivers or simply close your doors. Unacceptable service. Doesn't deserves even 1 star...it's a big ZERO from me!
