This is your driver delivering goods I waited on hold too long and gave up. He back out of a drive bot looking and almost hit us. Then pulled over waited till we were gone and decided to pull right tight behind us (about 2 feet) on the hill with a novice driver behind the wheel he hid his face. Are you wondering why? Because he decided to urinate in a public easement instead of going to Timmy's 3 minutes away .
Enjoy the workers luke this that you have eventually you will lose the contract hiring people who don't care if you get your package or not. Also the van has damage on the passenger rear I assume it's from backing out into traffic without looking just like today

Consistently good service. I have had many packages delivered by Intelcom over the past few years and service has been consistently good. Deliveries from Toronto typically take about 2 days; from Montreal, 3. From Ottawa, 1.
Tracking tells me in the morning when my package is out for delivery. Usually tracking just shows when Intelcom picks up the package, and then when it is out for delivery. Given that this is 1-3 days I don't mind that I can't see the package as it moves from city to city.
Package delivery time for my location is fairly consistent in mid-afternoon and I receive an email within minutes of delivery notifying me that the package was delivered (left on the front porch). If I am not home or did not hear the delivery, that is useful to know.
Some drivers ring the doorbell to let me know they have dropped off a package. Packages usually appear to be placed on the porch. Only one time I noticed that the package was tossed onto the porch and landed with such a loud thump that I looked up to see the driver walking away while twisting to snap a photo. That was just one time out of many deliveries.
When I notice a package being delivered I wait a moment for the driver to walk away a bit (COVID precaution) then open the door, wave and say thank you. Drivers have always waved back and been cheery.
I prefer Intelcom over Canada Post because delivery is fast, reliable and arrives at my door.

Excellent, fast, service! I have had many, many packages delivered to my home by this company, and I have 0 complaints, always here when expected and the driver always ensures my items are safe and secure when they are dropped off. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

These folks are perhaps the best parcel delivery service I've ever had my stuff delivered by. Polite, fast, delivery all hours of the day, and almost all, if not all days of the week. Petawawa is lucky to have them. Keep it up.

Intelcom Express Delivery Service is incredible!!! My parcels are delivered promptly and on time as promised. Notifications are great eg. delivery within the next 3 hours and instant notification when parcel has been delivered.
