Absolutely horrible service. They've held my package for 5 days (as of now, who knows maybe itll last longer) and each day they'd tell me "oh its coming in 24h" Support staff was rude and refused to help me in any way shape or form. They'd simply dismiss me to get onto another customer. They even refused to let me go and get my package myself. I bought something, and it's now being held hostage by Intelcom

This company used to be great a year ago. The quality of its service has fell down to incompetent levels. Everytime I order with amazon and these guys get the order, I tell myself its a 50/50 chance i will actually get the order. They even managed to lose a portbale washing machine I ordered. How can you lose something that big... It blows my mind.

Worst delivery company. I had a return scheduled for Tuesday and the guy only came Sunday. Never received a package and now my other package is 3 days late again and no one comes to deliver it. Customer Services is completely useless. Also, the drivers scams their own company, they scan your package saying it’s deliver even if it’s not, then they just keep in their truck. So you don’t get your package and the driver get’s extra pay.

Terrible service. Returning an Amazon item, that the intelcom driver broke. I'm waiting all day for the driver to pick up the item to return it to Amazon. I get 2 texts the day before advising a driver will be on the way and to be ready, and also email next day saying a driver will come by today, to see the driver never showed up or call over those 2 days. Now I get an email asking to reschedule another pick up time ( next available date 3 days from today) . I have no guarantee a driver will actually be there and I'm at their Merci. Simply poor service, this is not the first time this has happened. I will ever use them if I get a chance to select the shipping company . Terrible
