1 is not low enough enough, Rude service. Attempted deliveries that never happened. And the warehouse is a mess. They lost my package for a week. Then told me it was getting shipped. Then apparently attempted delivery even when I was home all day, then after hours on hold customer service ensured me they would try again the same day. They didn't. I have never spent so much time on hold with such a disorganized company. If you ever do get your package there is a 50/50 chance they damaged it. And when the package did come this is what the box looked like. Ripped, holes in it. The product inside exposed. Luckily the sink was not broken, but I hope the people who treated my package as a pinata had fun!

Same experience as many others here. I was suppose to get my 2500$ package ordered from amazon last week on Wed. It said that there was a delivery attempt at 8:30 in the evening which itself sounds ridiculous. Of course there was no actual attempt. We were both home at that time. Nobody knocked, nobody called. I called their HQ in Quebec. Guy told me he will contact the warehouse in Surrey where the package was supposedly returned to. I naively expected next day delivery because that is what the tracking said, not knowing about all these bad reviews at that time. Nothing happened and so I contacted amazon, where an assistant assured me I'll get my package within 48 hours. Despite this I attempted to reach someone at the warehouse personally. I was fortunate to get hold of an employee who went outside for a break. He seem to try to be helpful but was unable to provide any other info that I wouldn't already know from the tracking. They must get a lot of customer traffic since the whole warehouse is labeled with no customer beyond this point signs. I asked the worker to get me his supervisor. Supervisor came after 10 minutes and started to explain to me how he has backlog of 4000 packages, mine among them. He lacks workers and is unable to help me. Today I contacted amazon and asked for a refund. This company is a JOKE. Please Amazon, stop using this kind of unreliable third party delivery companies.

Never even heard of this courier company until today when Amazon used them to deliver my package. I'm at home, all day. Buzzer working totally fine. It's not even a difficult intercom buzzer, it's one button with my unit number on it and name beside it. This driver did not even attempt to buzz me, then proceeds to leave my package OUTSIDE of my apartment building. There are lots of package thefts in my area. Even if there is not, this is completely unacceptable. I've never once had a driver leave any package I've ordered, outside. They don't know what's in the package or how much it cost. Pure laziness and neglect. First experience with this company and it is already angering me. If I was not home, this 100% would not have been here for me to grab. Reply to the owner: honestly, I'd just rather never order something again that is delivered by this company. I'm not only taking into account my own experience, but the experience of multiple other customers writing reviews. You just seem notorious for lazy drivers. Can't fix that.

Terrible service. Gift has apparently been sitting in Intelcom's BC warehouse since December 17th. It is now January 4th with no delivery and no updates. Called customer service, they do not even have the ability to call their own warehouse to try and sort it out. Best they can tell us over the phone is they think it has been lost, and we should file a lost item claim with the EBay vendor, even though the system says it is sitting in their warehouse. Terrible company, avoid if possible. Follow Up: I visited two of Intelcom's Metro Vancouver warehouses trying to track down my package. I found a couple of employees that were genuinely helpful and tried to locate my package, with no luck. Their Surrey warehouse is disorganized, messy, chaotic and has little technology. A few workers slowly wandering around with carts looking for things. Thousands of packages stacked all over the place. Not much of an office, basically a catering table with a computer on it, papers and mess scattered everywhere. Also no security - I could have walked out with a package under my arm without any trouble. This is NOT a sophisticated distribution centre like you'd expect from a professional shipping company. I am not surprised they are constantly losing packages.

Terrible delivery service - anytime I see a company using Intelcom, I immediately look elsewhere for the same product, even if I have to pay a few more dollars. I work from home and getting messages like "Delivery attempt" during a time when I am clearly home, shows that there was no attempt at all, is just poor service. Still waiting for it to dispatch "the next business day"... 3 business days ago. Package finally arrived after being in the warehouse for an extra few business days, and the driver left it in a safe place... it wasn't a safe place. Again, terrible terrible courier servie.
