I have always liked and appreciated the couriers from in Intelcom. They are fast and efficient. They place the packages in such a way that it’s easy for us to reach them. I would give them a five star rating.

It is so frustrating trying to get packages delivered within business hours. I get an email at 7am that my package is on the way only to find out that they were there 10 minutes later. What retail store opens that early. OR they have left packages outside my door...outside...in a busy plaza for anyone to just take. Pick ups? forget it...same deal. Always come when I'm not there first thing in the am but send email that they were there (when I actually was) but they said no one there. One time they stated they were there at 4:13pm but it was only 2pm when I got the notice. Someone is living in a different time zone. So no...I would avoid using them at all costs if you can. Trying to get through to them on the phone is pretty much impossible too. Left on hold for a long time and then was just disonnected.

I often get email alerts that my package will be delivered within a few hours only to find it doesn't even show up that day or the next. Using the Tracker is useless because I enter the order # to find out the # order doesn't exist. Not Impressed as it frequently happens on my orders.

Never deliver to side door like packages say, instead they leave them on the front step, not even inside the door. They do this even if it's raining so whatever you ordered can be easily stolen, and if it isn't, it's probably worthless after being rained on all day. Oh and then just didn't deliver in scheduled time, delayed 2 days, never ended up delivering the item and the tracking number leads nowhere now. Worst delivery company and that says a lot when we deal with Loomis express already.
