Constantly late with deliveries! Once again, another delivery for an Amazon order, NOT delivered on time as per Amazons written delivery guarantee date. It’s not Amazons fault, it’s just a terrible delivery courier. And when you post a bad review, they just ask you to contact them and offer to correct the issue… but the issue is their terrible service! Just deliver the items on time. Problem solved!

Never had a problem till recently. Package was supposed to be delivered Monday. Nothing. Said out for delivery Tuesday. Nothing. Maybe Wednesday, someone isn’t doing there job delivering

Absolutely terrible! Won't or Cannot deliver to several address' when provided upon their request. They take days to respond to emails. They have no pick up locations besides their Red Deer warehouse apparently despite delivering to other towns and not PO boxes. Avoid using at all costs!

Would be not correct to call it a bad service... It is total absence of service! My return pick up was scheduled a week ago, and every time I call them (by the way it is 40 minutes wait on the line at least every single time) they say it is scheduled for tomorrow, but nobody still shows up. If I could put 0 stars I would!
